CEO and Founder

Stuart Evers is a senior telecoms and technology executive with over 30 years' experience across international carrier operations, wholesale telecoms, digital infrastructure, and board-level leadership.

He has held VP-level roles at Deutsche Telekom, where he worked extensively on global carrier services, interconnect, and international expansion. He later served as Group Chief Commercial Officer of Turk Telekom International, driving commercial strategy across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Stuart has also held multiple CEO roles, including CEO of Euroweb and CEO of GTS Novera, leading operational restructuring, market expansion, and commercial transformation initiatives in competitive wholesale markets.

He was Chairman of Azertelecom International, where he focused on international expansion, regulatory strategy, and large-scale digital infrastructure development. Stuart continues to serve on the board.

Across his career, Stuart has operated at carrier, board, and investor levels, with deep exposure to voice, messaging, data, subsea, and next-generation network services across Europe, Central Asia, and emerging markets. This hands-on experience directly underpins the AI-driven operating model at DSW-Europe, where technology is built to address the real, day-to-day operational challenges of international wholesale telecom operators.

Gerard Lucey is a senior finance executive and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA) with over 30 years' experience, including a long and distinguished career within "The Big Four".

Throughout his long and esteemed career, Gerard has worked across a wide range of tech, IT, regulated businesses and Blue-Chip companies, providing expertise across audit, financial governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate finance. This background gives him a deep understanding of how complex international businesses should be structured, governed, and controlled.

Beyond the Big Four, Gerard has held CFO and senior finance leadership roles within telecoms, healthcare and technology companies, where he has been responsible for financial strategy, capital management, multi-jurisdictional compliance, and commercial oversight in fast-moving and margin-sensitive environments.

As CFO of DSW-Europe, Gerard is responsible for financial governance, reporting, partner settlements, and capital discipline, ensuring that the company's AI-driven operating model is supported by robust controls and transparent financial management. His approach is straightforward and disciplined: ensure compliance, manage risk, and support sustainable growth without compromising financial integrity.
